does anyone know a collector or weapon maker that has a 20/20 death magic wand? i keep finding ones with staffs.
one that has just the 20% activation time one would be nice. if anybody could help thanks.

I know a collecter in Raisu Palace has 20/20 of all the elementalist wands. Not sure about necromancer. Try the wiki, though it is very hard to find collecters with certain mods on it.
