I like the guesses so far, but no cigar.

Try and find someone who fits one of the clues and see if they fit any of the others. Some of the clues are far more important than the rest, but all narrow it down more and more.

Once the name pops into your head, I am sure you will instantly realize who it is. Although some of the hints are quite subtle and do not give a very good initial idea of who the individual is.

Just remember to follow that which is carried away by the wind.
