Regina Buenaobra is a Community Manager for ArenaNet. She took over this position from Gaile Gray (who moved on to another position) on the 7th of April 2008.

Regina's here... she's always here... she just doesn't know what to tell us because she's not been given much to mention at all. It's not ANet's fault NCSoft doesn't want more than 3% of information known.

If anything, I don't want to hear about anything at all except how GW2 is coming along and the current state of GW1.

I'm glad shes not here, the less she listens to community retards, the less retarded ideas she passes to the developers. That means we wont have retarded ideas implemented into GW2, so let her stay away as long as necessary.

I know who Regina is. And, clearly, she is doing her job because she still has one. Just because she does the job differently than Gaile did does not mean she's not meeting job requirements.

Public relations is managing the flow of information between the institution and its "public." Whether it is thru the means that certain individuals want or not, Regina is doing that. However, she is Community Manager, which gives her further freedom; as a Community Manager can be assigned to different sites by which to manage. Whether she is on message boards or not would, thus, be rightfully optional.

well, i can agree and disagree with tihs in so many ways, i'm in the group of people that personally believes that no one in this game knows what they want (i.e., people complain aspects of the game are too hard or that the game has no reason to pug anymore because it's the exact opposite, too easy, then anet introduces ursan, something that makes pugs good for once and the game easy for those that suck, and people complain about that). I'd like some information outta her, but i agree that she should not take requests from idiots.
