War Vs Eotn Griffon

How does a warrior beat this thing?
I've tried suggestions of rit secondary spirit layups...doesn't get very far.

Closest I've come is using a rip/dead rip build...gets him down to about halfway...but just can't keep it up...

Any other suggestions on beating this damn thing?

There's many more threads, and many ways to beat the Griffon. I used Grenth's/Riposte with an interrupt skill.

buy the necro skills animate bone minions, blood of the master, barbs and a self heal and i know this sounds crazy but it works if u have the minions up before griffon shows up

Flatbow/longbow
Read of the wind
Screaming shot
Poision tip signet
Burning arrow
Savage shot
Distracting shot
Troll ungent
Sloth hunters shot


Works well/fine Degen gets him in the end this way is a easy option Grenths blance seems to work well 2.

Just take the Spirit Spam build that's on PvX for the Norn Fighting Tournament.
Pwnz him in seconds.

I just used a longbow and apply poison. Took forever and involved a lot of running away, but it worked.

theres too much wiki hate here lol

not hate at all i luv wiki im just saying i made it and took time to look up the build that i made when the other guy just said use that build off wiki
