Question on Health Regeneration

I've been playing around with various 55HP monk builds and am confused about how Health Regn works exactly.

Using one Bond Hero and me a Mo/D with Bonds and Mystic Regn by the stated skill definition I should have like +30 Health Pips. It seems to max out at +10 Health Pips.

I run into problems in that it appears the positive Health Pips max out at plus 10 but the negative ones are cumulative and do not max out. Is this true? With the above build you would think that they would first do both the additions and subtractions before doing any cutoffs.

Thoughts?

I'm not sure what "cumulative" means but I assume it means "adding on".

If it does, yes. Health regeneration is capped at ten, but any extra pips that go past the limit counter out health degeneration pips.

Cumulative - summing or integrating overall data or values of a random variable less than or less than or equal to a specified value.

As far as im away Regen/Degen are capped at 10.
But they can cancel out like Tyla says.
Eg Mystic regen @ 5 enchantmens = + 15 Regen.
If you were to be hexed with Conjure Nightmare [-8] means you'd be left with +7 Regeneration.. hope this helped you.

If you've got [[Healing [email protected]] and [[[email protected]], you'll have +13 health regeneration, but the maximum number that can effect you is +10. So the extra 3 pips are still there, they just don't increase your health. They do count against any degen though. The regen/degen cap has nothing to do with the amount of regen or degen you're actually experiencing.
