Question regarding " Guild Wars: Factions Platinum Edition"

Alright, so I purchased GW: Factions Platinum Edition earlier today. It is supposed to include GW: Prophecies (GOTY), GW: Factions, and BMP, correct?
When I add the key to my account, it has a list of "Unlocked contents", which pretty much sums up what the Key will unlock. The thing is, there are no mentions of GW: P, GW: F, BMP on the list. All it says is it will unlock GOTY items, and 2 Character Slots. So, does that mean the key a wrong one? or did ANet forget to put those 3 things on the list?

If anyone has bought this before and can shed some light, please do!
Looking for a quick answer. I've called the place I got this from, and they told me they have no idea. So I will either do some research first, or return it.

have you even tried logging in? Making a character ect?

I think he wants to know if that is right BEFORE making the account.

Correct. If I use the key, I won't be able to return it.

I didn't know there was a Factions Platinum Edition...

EDIT: Does the box contain additional keys that you may have missed?

There is a GW: Factions Platinum Edition which includes GOTY Prophecies, Factions, BMP.

I do not believe I missed any keys.

I just bought this on Monday and I have everything its supposed to have. I have access to Factions, Prophecies and I haven't checked out the BMP yet.

Also, I have no idea how to make sure I have the GOTY edition so I guess I need help too

Edit: Check out futureshop for EotN for 10 bucks only, it's what I did.

When you added the key, did it have GW: P, GW: F, BMP under "will be unlocked" list? because on mine, it only has the GOTY items on the list, not sure if NCSoft forgot to put it on there or what. Type /bonus in-game and see if you get I think 7 items. Also, it has one key, correct?

I already have EoTN, NF Keys ready to be added to my account. It's been a year since I last played GW, so I thought I would try this pack out.

Yeah I got 7 items, too bad I was in pre-sear and now my inventory is full. Oh well, was planning on leaving right now anyways.

Also I don't remember what was on the "will be unlocked list".

Its a mmo, you've opened the box so you won't be allowed to return it anyway. Just add the key and if the new content doesn't show up, raise a ticket with support. And it should be only one key like the original Platinum edition is.

@Exism You can safely delete those items(via the trash bin on your Inventory tab) and remake them with the /bonus command.

The best way for you is to email Anet and ask them directly or put the key in anyway and hope for the best. As for the bonus weapons you can delete them and remake them as much as you want, as long as you don't already have them in your bag.

Yeah, so I added the key and it turns out it does work! it does indeed include BMP!
