Not sure if this has been posted before, but I was farming Bergen literally 5 minutes ago, and I was moseying along and I saw this show up on my damage bar:

Is this a possible nerf coming to 55 farm, or is it just a bug? Has anyone else seen this?

It means the bow the Ranger is using has a vampiric mod on it. Check the mod on that gold bow he dropped.

For sure it means one of their bows had the mod. Happens all the time.

Since when did enemies actually use the weapon with the same mods as they drop?

Next time you see life stealing, check the gold drop - it'll have the vamp mod.

Would depend on your build. A build using Mantra of Flame would be able to detect a monster using a Fiery Weapon for example. Vamp is the easiest to determine though.

When that shows up you're pretty much guaranteed a gold bow drop with a vamp string.

And what's your fourth skill? If you don't mind telling me.
