I had to reformat and now whenever I hit print screen it tells me that my folder is full but there is nothing in c:\Program Files\Guild Wars\Screens
When I try and save a template it says: The attempt to save the Skills Template ... failed because the file could not be created/written to.
Any advise on how to fix this issue?
Thanks, Bryan.

Could there be something like a virusscanner or firewall that might be blocking file writings from other/unknown applications.

Some things I can think of off the top of my head:
1. I know you said you reformatted, but could the drive be full somehow?
2. It shouldn't matter, but check the "properties" of the folders and uncheck the read-only property.
3. Do you have the proper "permissions" to create a folder? That is, are you logged in as an Administrator or User? (not as a Guest). If you are running Vista, there may be a confirmation pop-up 'under' GW, that you are not seeing?
Check the "Users & Passwords" thingy in Control Panel to find out your user level.
I think this guy is saying that his Screens & Templates are in "My Documents" instead of on C: drive (probably Vista) - however, My Documents is on C: drive too, so...
