Look up the Spearmen (Guild of the Week, used to be pretty high-ranked, they must have a page on one of the wiki) or Ascalon this way (Love their tag) or McDroknar fast food (something like that).
Or just Flipfly's tag, notice how it looks like 1337?

I see someone every now and then in HA ID1 offering to make tags with foreign characters for some kind of fee, in case you're interested in getting one.

Shouldnt use J*p as you have in your topic title (sorry myself for even having to write that much of it here). Most Japanese find it highly offensive and racist. Best way to alienate yourself from that entire community. Use "JP" or "Japanese." You should know at least that much if you wish to sport kanji in your guild tag. Just pointing it out in as friendly a fashion as possible, to save you potential grief.

copy paste doesnt work because non japanese accounts dont accept this symbols thats y i nee sum1 with a japanese acc so he can make the guild, be leader, invite me, put me to leader position and voilà!

maybe you need to activate your language thing in your system, I remember some tiime back i accidentally press some random key combination and the language thing pop up and i have a letter A on the chat input box.

yes lots of people find it cute to have japanese syllabary in their guild names, heck lots of people find it cute to use foreign words they have no idea what they mean (and to be honest---the japanese are guilty of that as well...they LOVE to use english words--and they have no clue what they mean either)....and yes its not nice to call them the words that rhymes with caps (however, the word they use for us isnt so nice either!)..

Another classic guild tag using Japanese kanji was Wee Free Men, whose tag looked like a fist giving the bird.
