PlayNC Account Problems

Hi was just wonderin if you for get your login and password how the hell can u get it back? as ive been tryin all my old passwords+login details and i truly cant remember im just working on guess work >_> if any1 can help thanks.

Send them an email about it.
They'll ask you for some details & the account activation cards you got with the game, when you show them the cards in a picture *Must be dead-clear or they moan* and the details they want, they SHOULD give you a new P/W and your account name.
Good luck with them... Took me 4 weeks /sigh.
