The winning players of a season ladder will have their trim changed to gold permanently.
Players in guilds from 2nd to 16th place will have their trim changed to silver until the end of the next announced season.
Players in guilds from 17th to 32nd place will have their trim changed to bronze until the end of the next announced season.
My guess would be that falls under the "gold" category.
Get it by coming first in the tourney, or in his case be in one of the best guilds ever [EvIL]. You can see it in RA because its that colour everywhere. And unless you got their permission your not allowed ot post their names.

You can post their names such that it's not insulting, derogatory, etc. in any way, or last time I read that guide, thats what it said. Honestly does anybody actually read or do they just follow the masses who also didn't read?

I didnt realise trims showed through in RA.... interesting. Anywho, it looks cool.
Its gained by winning tournaments, and being in a great GVG guild.
