HM Mallyx vs NM Mallyx

Is there a difference in what the chest drops after beating Mallyx in HM as opposed to NM? In HM does it drop like 2 greens instead of one...?? Or is it exactly the same...??

You get 2 greens from the endchest. You still get 1 gemset as a reward from the High Priest.
