Man i see your point of noob, but im just inquisative and wanted to know. i figured that it wouldn't but what if there is a chance? anyhow were does it say anthing about it stacking or not?

if it says non-stacking it doesn't stack

im actually pretty sure it matters what peice of armour is hit

does that mean that if the corrisponding peoce is hit you will get the +10?

Obviously, your reading comprehension needs some work. The last sentence in what I quoted from the wiki couldn't explain it any better. Of course, I will lay it out for you:

1. Conditional in that your pet must be alive to receive the +10 armor bonus
2. Applies only to the armor piece that the insignia is attached
3. Is not global; does not stack
