Even though q8 +5e hand axes are fairly rare, I'd say around 100+20. Best way to find a more definate PC for it would be to just put it on sale and see were it goes, since as you stated there are probably not many q8 +5e ones around(if there even are any).

PS - Just read more of your post, whatever your offer was for the axe is most likely what it is worth, after all people now seem to be jewish and not really want to pay a lot for items, even if they are rare.
