Since when does Cantha drop Gwen skins?

this dropped for me from an Am Fah Marksman in Cantha, Senjun tunnels in fact.
First I'm wondering how/why it could drop in such an odd place, and after identifying I'm wondering wtf this inscription is, I've never seen such a thing before O_o
Anyone know what this inscription is, or whether this is rare or can anyone tell me 'stfu gwen skins drop everywhere don't be surprised what are you noob?' xD

the +15dmg/-1hp regen is not a inscription..those r only on non inscri weps and thats not a gwen skin thats factons but they can be inscri and if u havent seen such a thing.. u havent been playing that long O.o

platinum longbow was originally a canthan skin -_-

Plat Longbows have been around since factions and it is no inscription, this is an uninscribable item meaning it cannot be changed to any other mods aside from the poision and defense mods.

Sadly 15 -1 health/energy inscriptions don't exist. But you can still get them on uninscrib stuff? Thought they took that out...

Plat Longbow is a canthan oroginal. The mod is a non-inscritp only, there are alot of wierd ones.

He's actually very likely to find a buyer as its a rare mod which supposedly was removed from the game and people are interested in rare items.

Ahhh yeah, my silly for not knowing it was Canthan. Not that I feel the need to defend myself but I've logged 5k+ hours in 22 months *shrug*. No one whom I had asked in-game thought it wasn't a gwen skin... maybe they're more common now?
At any rate yeah, I knew it wasn't an inscription, but it occupies the would-be inscription slot, what should I refer to it as?
Thanks as well for the confirmation that the would-be inscription is on the rare side, that's what I wanted to know =)
It begs the next question 'What's it worth?' but I suppose that's a question for price check forum anyway xP

And about the plat longbow those drop inscribable as well (got one on my ranger)

Many of the skins that came with Eotn & Zaishen chest etc were originally Canthan skins. So Eotn Drop canthan skins, not that cantha drops Eotn ones

Inherently vampiric weapons are sought by those who for whatever reason want to keep autokilling themselves, since adding a vampiric mod will make it doubly vampiric and thus kill faster, so I'd suppose that you can find a buyer for it (although a single hand weapon would be better).

yeah, Platinum are from Factions, and 15%/1hp is pretty cool (closest u can get to unconditional) but sadly it isnt max, and the skin isnt worth much.

Coincidently, I got a req10, max dmg Icy Longbow of Enchanting (19%) just a few days ago, with the +15%/health regen -1 mod on it. I thought that mod sounded a bit rare/odd.
