I just went & purchaced a new HP dv9910us laptop with Vista home premium (32bit) with service pack 1.
The pc has:
a AMD turion 64x2 TL-60 & 512+512KB L2 Cache (2.0 ghz),
3072MB DDR2 SDRAM (2DIMM),
nVidia GeForce 7150m with shared video card.

I thought this would be enough to carry GW, but during game play i have a FPS rate of about 13-20 average. the low has been down to 1 and up to 29 .
Any help with getting the frame rate up would be appreciated.

Well, the 7150m is a very low profile card, I think the FPS you are getting is about all you can expect out of that thing.

Best you can do is turn down all settings and make sure (AA) is turned off. I guess that's it really.. that kind of FPS is really annoying, i know from personal experience, but you can't really upgrade the graphics card there so you're stuck with it basically.

I'd take that laptop back, it's a load of crap.

If taking it back isn't an option, then you could turn all settings except Textures down to the lowest possible setting. Drop your full-screen resolution down a couple of notches - my native resolution is 1440x900 but I get better FPS on 1280x720 - and you should be able to get a little more out of the card.
