I choosed a ranger simply because of having a pet is nice. Now, after reaching command post, I picked necromancer. Besides removing hex spells, I can add some points into death magic so I can have fun creating those flesh monsters.
Has anyone made a successful para/n build?
Also, Im dumbfounded on what spells to keep on my bottom table. Yes, everyone plays different but it seems I constantly change my table every time I go to a outpost.
Ones I consider keeping is go for the eyes, the self heal, the healing spell that heals allies in a earshot with their next spells. How about some good offensive spells?

Minions on a para? Bad! If you want minions, you're best off getting your necro hero to do that for ya.
If you're a command para, [[go for the eyes] should be stapled to your bar.
Tyla came up with this P/N build that works decently:
[build prof=p/n leadership=9+1 command=8+1 spear=11+1+1 curses=8][defensive anthem][enfeebling blood][vicious attack]["go for the eyes!"][aggressive refrain][anthem of flame][rip enchantment][no skill][/build]
Not sure if the atributes are right, but they should be close enough
For higher end PvE, [[leader's comfort] isn't that great. I'd ditch that.
It also sounds like you're spreading your attributes across all the available para ones. Don't do this! By doing it, you're only hindering yourself and your team. Focus on either Command or Motivation. Both have their perks, and here's the basic difference between the two (there's some overlap between the two):
Motivation is for buffing your team via health and energy gain.
Command is for buffing your team via extra damage/armor.
Decide which one you want your team to have more of. When I'm not doing Imbagon, I like to buff my team offensively as the healer's are normally able to cover up any damage.
For a basic PvE command build I'd try:
[build prof=p command=8+1 spear=11+1+1 leadership=11+1][cruel spear][spear of lightning][vicious attack][go for the eyes][there's nothing to fear][anthem of weariness][aggressive refrain][signet of return][/build]

See...here's the problem. Paras CAN be good at dealing dmg, but they are 1.5 billion times better as a support character. If you're wanting to just do damage in PvE, I would have gone with another profession.
Again, don't mis-quote me. They are good at doing damage, they are just much much much much better at providing support.

It should also be mentioned that support for a paragon takes two flavors: Offensive and Defensive. Decide which kind of support you want and go for it.

If you must make minions with your para, I suggest using "Fall Back." It not only allows you and your undead friends to move quickly, but it is a great minion-heal and self-heal as you move.

Just because no one else has said it yet....../w for the win!['save yourselves!']
Edit: SY! is now 4...6, not 3..6 (8.8.08 update, me <3 u). I'm sure the guys over at GWShack will get right on that
