LF North American HA oriented Guild

I have recently caught up with my pvp skills after my long departure from the game, all due to the endless grind I felt was not worth while a year ago. Now that I'm back, I decided to go into the pvp aspect of the game, for I was too busy running dungeons/chasing titles in the past. My past pvp experiences include GvG scrimmages along with daily TA/RA that I've been running to help build experience, and to unlock whatever is needed to go into HA with my future guild.

What I have:
300k Balthazar Faction
Gladiator R1
Vent/mic
Disposes 20+ hours/week
Mature individual, who can take constructive criticism
Flexible running all classes except for the Monk
Willingness to learn
