PlayNC Store?

If I pay 30$ from the PlayNC store for Prophecies, that will let me play the whole game even though I've never had it before right? I didn't really understand the WARNING message that they have posted. It says :Warning: Guild Wars® serial codes purchased here can only upgrade existing accounts associated with this PlayNC master account or create new accounts. If you wish to upgrade an unassociated Guild Wars® game account, you must purchase the serial code from the in-game store or buy a boxed edition.

If you have a Guild Wars account linked to a PlayNC account, yes. If you do not already have a PlayNC account associated with your current Guild Wars account, No.
You can associate your Guild Wars account with a PlayNC account. The process is fairly simple. There is also a way to check your PlayNC account to see what games are linked to it.
Your best bet, if you have a Guild Wars account is to use the in game store.

register then go to the store that will be avaliable through the client u can buy all u'll ever need there

go look at the store for a box first- it may be cheaper, and may include additional features

NEDM is right. Often times you can find a boxed version for ten to fifteen dollars less than the ingame store price. That is if you want to take the time.
