Mouth kind of bugs me...eh

The right eye sorta tilts funny and the mouth looks a bit odd, but other than that its really nice.

Nice! If you're serious about drawing and stuff read the stuff bellow, if not just ignore it well you said crits wanted

Shoulder not wide enough (it should be three heads wide)
Eyes aren't aligned properly
Mouth isn't aligned properly
the shape of the head is wrong
left arm goes too high, looks like she broke her arm
trunk too short

I'd suggest some good anatomy studies from Loomis bridgeman hogarth, etc if you're really serious about art. References are good too, like taking a screenshot of monk in game (not tracing)

very nice sketch, just as mentionden above maybe work on anatomy. The only time you can ´change´ the anatomy is when you make the boobs bigger.
