[URSAN] Blessing or which Mods are still effective ?

Hello,

Does anybody know which kinds of Off-hand, Shield or Weapons mods are still effective while in Blessing form ?

I mean : health runes / insignias and shield armor base are down (because of the armor and health max set by the Blessings), but what about : armor+5 or +33 lengh on weapons ; -5 (20%), -2 or armor + vs on shields ? ; mods such as Armor+5 / Health-20 on ocus ; or -3 Absorption, for instance ?

Would it be possible to list which are the runes/ insignias or the off-hands, weapons and shields mods that are still useless now ? Ty in advance for the further results

Ursan Blessing sets your BASE armor to 100. This means you get no armor benefit from insignias or inherent armor bonuses (like the ranger elem bonus).

However, you can STILL get armor from a shield or offhand. You can STILL get armor from your weapon mod. For example, a player with a max shield and +5 defense mod on their weapon would have 113 armor while in Ursan. (The armor from shield is halved since the associated attribute is zero).

Regarding the question about -5/20%, that has nothing to do with armor rating... that regards damage reduction.

The overall purpose of the Ursan skill balance was to make it so that all professions are equal with respect to the use of Ursan. All professions can use weapons and shields with armor mods. Note, however, that since your attributes are set to zero, you will only gain 8 base armor from a max shield, and you will not do the base damage of your weapon, regardless of what points you put into it.

The one thing I did notice in post-nerf testing was that effects from signets do not dissappear when going into Ursan, and those effects are based on your pre-Ursan attributes. So a warrior may benefit from Signet of Strength, for example.

Also, effects can be applied after you go into Ursan (such as shouts and enchantments from allies).

After having tested the shield before and after a Lightning Orb (Isle of the Nameless), it seems the shield do not give the +8 armor base ... don't understand, then !

This is the same thing as a +33% on a weapon ==> the duration seems to not be inscreased ?!

Maybe it's the same with others mods ?

Obviously, Zealous weapons have no benefit in Ursan anymore.
