I recently acquired this item, it currently has a junk inscription and a +30 fortitude mod...couple questions

Price as is.
Should I make it clean for better results?

New to this whole high end items scene, so any help is much appreciated.

Don't bother modding it.

This is actually quite popular and should hit 100k+~30-40e+ with ease.
