Help capping onslaught

Can any1 give me tips on how to cap onslaught. I am having trouble doing this with hereos/henchies.

If no EotN, I'm getting on in maybe half an hour, if you still don't have it by then I'll help you cap it. Just PM me soon after I get on, I'll probably start vanquishing soon after.
