Not sure if anyone's gonna benefit from this or if anyone has already mentioned before (did a quick search and found nothing) but it's just an idea that I want to throw out there for those people that don't have a sin to use for whatever reason.
Perma farm is probably the most popular build out there atm, and the magic number to achieve Perma is 13 in Shadow Arts contrary to the 15 that most people (formally self included) believe, given that you have Glyph of Swiftness, Deadly Paradox and a 20% longer enchant weapon. So in other words any Ele just need that +1 to Shadow Arts, and there are multiple ways.
Grail of Might: +1 to all attributes for 30 mins.
Golden Egg: +1 to all attributes for 5 mins.
Lunar Blessing: +1 to all attributes for as long as you remain in the area.
Candy Corn: +1 to all attributes for 10 mins.
Lyssa's Muse: +1 to all assassin attributes for 20 mins for 150 gold. This is probably the most helpful of all, for there are lots of Statues of Lyssa (http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Statue_of_Lyssa) in Cantha that one can exit a town, get blessing, kill a nearby boss for green/elite tome and repeat.
With an Ele the obvious con is it requires help from blessings or consumables, and with only 13 in Shadow Arts the execution of skills has very little room for error; and the benefit is higher damage output from Sliver armor and higher energy. I have a Sin and I'd use that over Ele for Perma anyday, but for those people that don't have the luxary, this is your alternative option. Hope this was helpful.

Rhamia Darigaz
did people not know this already?

Well if that's the case then I'm sorry for posting this, like I said I didn't see anything on search and thought it might help someone.

You would be surprised. Some people do not know such things that are obvious to others. That is why we as a community post and share info. Disregard Rhamia. A little too much MtG there.

NOt to be rude, but just a week ago ppl did UW speeclear runs with consumables, so eles were able to keep [shadow form] up constantly.
And that's what i do also when i want to farm the Chaos Plains not using my assassin, cos it's RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing boring and all the times i get in the UW with my sin i find the way to Twin Serpent Mountains completely blocked by Behemonts and their stupid traps...i try to pass but there is no way. Everytime i use another prof then assassin for the UW, the way is always clear.....

I think its good that someone posted it, so other people can refer to this specific part when it comes to maintaining SF with an ele. Or any class for that matter, using essence of clerity + DP.
