stacking 20/20 enchants??

ok, so ive been asking around some places and know1 can tell me.
i havnt seen a post here that explains so i thought i might ask..

if u have a 20(20%) enchant upgrade on a wep and then the same upgrade on a offhand. do they stack?

any offers on this would help thanks.

Yeah, I think you're confused with 20/20 HSR and HCT.

Assuming your refering to HCT and HSR I don't believe they stack in the common idea of the term but both chances of getting reduced will be applied seperately. i may be wrong but i don't think so.

HCT has a 4% chance of stacking, HSR doesn't, and as has already been said, there is no +20% enchant mod for any offhand.

Yes there are 40/40 sets. I have a set.

I have the Fire wand with 20/20 Hct and Hrt and I have an offhand 20/20 HCT and Rct.

The Forget me not is the most expensive mod. You can easily get one for 25K and if you wait you can get them for 20K

the "items" Attributes MUST be the SAME. Example. FIRE WAND and FIRE OFFHAND.
