Stuck

So i transfered my ranger from proph to NF..farthest i have gotten is to Joknuar Diggings and completed the mission... after the mission ended it put me back at Kamadan.. Wiki said that First Spear Devhand should have next quest to continue the story line..but he doesnt.. where do i go next?

As a non-nightfall character none of the missions on Istan count toward the story line for you. You probably missed taking the mission from Seamarshal Bendro on the Sunspear Docks. He is the beginning point for foreign characters.

Follow the trail of breadcrumbs. No matter where you are lost in gw, you can always retrace your steps and find whoever has the "!" somewhere that you've been.
