This has gone on long enough...

I am a W/Mo (hahah ) and i recently tried troll farming.
I use the build on pvx wiki, the triple chop farmer.
I modified it a lil myself because i don't have nightfall so i only have 2 attack skills...Now, sometimes when i go to the cave to farm them, its fine...

But every other run i go do, i get my ass kicked...
I do my attacks (triple chop) and it gets interrupted by the damn trolls...so now its on a 20 second cooldown and i have no way to heal...anyone else have a problem with the trolls interrupting? they use "Disruption Chop"

omg...people still farm these? O.o

when I did this I used [flail] so attacks activated quicker although you don't have nightfall. so [drunken master] maybe if you have gw:en?

didnt farm this in ages

but if i remember right you always maintain one stance

to cancel that one to attack with dwarven wouldnt make sence cos of the 60sec recharge wouldnt it?

^ He meant use flail, but thats NF (which OP doesnt have), if you have EoTN, use Drunken Master?

there is a spell i have that makes me attack 33% faster but i do less damage...so that would take me forever to kill em, and yes i do have EoTN

Never knew trolls were an outdated place to farm o.0

Anyone have another good place for a triple chop farmer?

The better solo farm builds have the monsters kill themselves. Look into Vengeful builds on wiki.

as i recall the build was like this:
tripple chop
Cyclone axe
Vigorous Spirit
Live Vocariously
Bonettis Defence
Sprint
Healing Breeze
Balthazars Spirit

Zone from droknars, run to troll cave and as off now:
put up balth spirit->regen->live vocariously->vigorous spirit->pull cave->tripple chop->bonettis defence->healing breeze->w8 1-2 sec->cyclone axe-bonettis defence->tripple chop->bonettis->cyclone-bonettis-etc etc

after every cyclone axe OR tripple chop just use bonettis defence...the chance that youl be interupted will be almost 0

Troll farming... Brings memory back from 2 years ago... If I remembered correctly this is what I used to run with Trolls and Minotaurs:

Live Vicariously
Balthazar's Spirit
Strength of Honor
Vigorous Spirit
Healing Breeze
Healing Hands
Cyclone Axe
Bonetti's Defense

Switch between a Sundering axe and a Zealous one, had -1 or -2 energy degen but with Zealous axe, Balthazar's Spirit and Bonetti's Defense it shouldn't post a problem.

I personally like the Gladiator's Defense build for farming.

[Gladiator's Defense Farming Build;OQMT0UJW5Qp0lv6FvBwfjEA]

That one can be used to farm HM Trolls (tested), but I always take about 5 minutes to take out the boss. Another build worth considering is the Riposte build. That one is pretty good compared to others, but there's no Cyclone Axe, so you'll have to find another way to heal, maybe resorting to Healing Prayers heals.

Looks like the build I used with just prophecies.
