Yes, I know it's not exactly Guild Wars related, but on the IE at work I can see asian characters, as well as the characters used in some of the up-side-down lettering some mods have as their user titles.
However, with Firefox (v3) it displays them as weird boxes. How2fix? I reinstalled windows sort of recently and haven't reinstalled the Chinese IME I had for Word 2003, is that related?
EDIT: I have not yet returned to college where they'll give me a free version of Word'03. Do I need that?
Help please....

I think you need the correct textset installed on your computer to display them. Should be able to do something like "install far east asian languages" or something like that and fix it.

Yeah you need to Install the language packs to display certain characters (very mainly Asian ones).
Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language options > now go to the ''Languages'' tab and select ''Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (Including Thai) and ''Install files for East-Asian Languages''.
That should do it.
Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language options > now go to the ''Languages'' tab and select ''Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (Including Thai) and ''Install files for East-Asian Languages''.
That should do it.
