Tweaking Stout-Hearted
-Makai-
Just a simple suggestion to modify Stout-Hearted's blessing to let every profession benefit from it. Currently, only damage dealing professions receive any bonus, leaving Monks and Resto Ritualists in the cold. Also, if we believe the term stout can be used as a synonym for resilient, the blessing's title is somewhat misleading.
Here is Stout-Hearted's current bonus:
Stout-Hearted:
Whenever you use a skill against a Destroyer, it takes x damage and you gain x health.
For comparison, let's look at the other titles that have a gameplay effect:
Lightbringer: Global damage reduction + additional damage VS Abbadon's creatures. This still affects healers.
Norn: Increased maximum health in Norn territory. No-brainer.
Asuran: Increase maximum energy in Asuran territory. Another no-brainer.
Ebon Vanguard: + AR against Charr, + adrenal bonus VS Charr, minor soul-reaping-like effect when a Charr dies.
All of the above mentioned title blessings have a global benefit to everyone. Why should Stout-Hearted be any different?
My proposal is simple; merely swap the blessing's conditional trigger or add a universal bonus while dungeon-crawling:
Stout-Hearted:
Whenever a Destroyer uses a skill against you, that foe takes x damage and you are healed for x health
This would be simple to do and wouldn't have any drastic impact; it would merely allow Monks and Resto Ritualists to reap the same benefits as offensive classes.

Stout-Hearted:
You have 10..40 additional health, 1...5 additional energy and 1...5 additional armor while in Depths of Tyria regions.
Just a combination of the other blessings, but with reduced results.
Opinions? Concerns? I can't see how either idea would harm the game.

It's useless for healers overall as they typically won't be staffing Destroyers. Since only one dungeon has Destroyers at all, I'd say change it to have a minimal bonus armor effect, additional health based on rank, and perhaps +1 health regeneration. Whatever it may be,

I don't really think it's that big of a deal, but it is a good idea nonetheless.

I agree, dwarven title is pretty unhelpful unless your doing the eotn campaign. Maybe have 2 versions of the title, having the x damage/x health one for doing missions and the other one for dungeons. Otherwise it's a largely useless title bonus.

How about:
Stout-Hearted
When ever you use a skill within earshot of a Destroyer, one foe loses XX health, and you gain XX health. If your skill is targeting a foe, that foe is effected.
Or to re-word it:
Stout-Hearted
Whenever you use a skill against a Destroyer, it takes x damage and you gain x health. Any other time you use a skill in earshot of a Destroyer, one random foe is effected.
That would give buffs to almost all classes (like, casting a glyph would do a bit of damage now), but support classes would feel the largest benefits.

First one seems to promote farming, and the second one is somewhat limited to dungeons. In the name of fairness, both would be improvements, but I think your second suggestion needs a little bit higher numbers to be of any real value.

Passive title benefits aren't supposed to be godly. The numbers in the second set are good enough to be better than nothing, which is the important thing.
Maybe, however, it could be rejigged to 5-10 armour against Destroyers, thus retaining some of the anti-Destroyer feel.

I could help also against Stone Summit dwarves.

/signed. I prefer defensive bonuses, as there is no benefit for the Deldrimor title on a Backline Character, except for maybe maxing it to get GWAMM.

Deldrimor dwarves are not enslavers. Only stone summit do so.
