hey can anyone tell me how much this necro offhand is worth? (Focus of the master)

en + 12 (req 9 soul reaping)
half recharge 20% (soul reaping)
health + 30

im guessing not much cos of the recharge thing but i dont know

use it on a hero / sell for couple k's. Green + not the best req = no the best
If you want to sell: ~2-3k or so
