Legendary Survivor

I'm going for Legendary Survivor on my Ele. So far I have ~150k xp with 0 deaths (and a couple close calls ). However, problem: I don't have Factions or EoTN. So, no hff or brawling for me. I read a survivor guide made by somebody who apparantly has 5 legendary survivors. He recomended the LB/SS point farming run in the Sulfurous Wastes. I did the math and that would give me good amounts of experience, not to mention 2 other titles at the same time.

What I want to know is, is this a good idea on a survivor? Most of the people I talk to don't seem to think that it is, given the lack of self heals while in a wurm. Guildwiki called it the safest way.

If you don't think this is a good way to get xp, then what should I do? Cap skills on double xp for elite capture weekends?

This weekend is a double xp for capping elites weekend.

That would be 10k per cap, which is decent XP.

Just flag your henchies/heroes at the enemy and stay well back, and you should be fine.

Being an earth Ele helps boost survival with wards and earth armors, while water spells will allow you to severely limit (up to 90% reduction) movement speed of incoming mobs, giving time for your spikers to take it out, or at least for a close-range fighter to cripple it...or you can just blow the mobs to bits from the back using fire...

ss/lb is an excellent way to get survivor

i got survivor using this method and capping some elites on 2x weekend

its very fast and safe if you send in heroes first...i used a 4 man group in HM using the +50% for 10 minutes scroll first, then berzerker scroll once you reach the temple

I just got my 4th LS last week; while it was a Factions char, I ended up doing the XP farming in NF on this one. Specfically, the Holdings of Chokin map.

The mobs are fairly small there and easily managed, only real touchy part is the 'sin boss. Took a few weeks but I had reached rank 2 when I started there, so starting at rank 1 may take a little longer.
