Looking for RA/TA guild

What I'm looking for in a guild.

I'm searching for a guild that is PVE and PvP based. However I mainly PvP nowadays so I would prefer a guild that is focused more on PvP but still does PvE. (My main area and expertise in PvP is RA and TA-A guild who does that is great!) Basically I would prefer a guild focused on the RA and TA aspect of PvP.

I prefer a guild that has already been established for quite some time, just so I know that the guild is strong and active. I would like a guild that is active, members that have at least logged in for the past couple weeks.

I prefer an American guild where MOST members are based on the central or a similar time zone. This is another problem I have had with guilds. I know it is difficult if not impossible to have a guild where everyone is in the exact same timezone, but it would be nice if the majority of guild members were in a similar timezone.

I would like to see members that are helpful, and are always willing to help out a guild mate whenever they possibly can. A guild that does things with one another and has events is great. That is probably the most important thing I'm looking for in a guild! A guild that actually helps out and does events.

I'm NOT looking for a guild that is very inactive, doesn't communicate much, not helpful, and rude...
