Tyrian Staff ~ 20/20 Curses

I would like PC help with the staff noted above. Its gold max dmg and non insc. Please see attachment. For those of you who can't see its:


Accursed Staff
HSR (20%)
Energy +10
Dark Dmg: 11-22 (Q10 Curses)
Halves Casting Curses (20%)

5k imo, can find r9's for 10-15k
