WTB: Inscribable Heal, Prot, and Fire Staffs

The skin isn't all too important to me but if it looks nice than i will pay more for it. I'm looking to give all the staffs 2 HC time (the inscription and the staff head), 1 HSR time (should be on the staff already), and Enchant +20% mod. If you happen to have those mods as well, i will be more than happy to purchase them. Thank you.
