I have all 7 "+10 vs. xx" inscriptions (Piercing, Blunt, Slashing, Cold, Fire, Earth and Lightning) - 9K total
I also have 3 x req 9 str, Tower Shields + a req 10 str, Ebonhand Aegis - 5K ea
and 3 x +30 shield mod - 5K ea
