Can someone point me in the direction of a good PvP forum? Please don't point me to Gladiator's Arena, it is practically dead. Thank you.

You have left us confused. You can try another forum website (google or fansite list on guildwars.com). Or you can try joining a PvP guild.

If you are looking to learn PvP, then try the teamlove.us website. They are involved in teaching PvP and supplying you with playtime at a variety of PvP levels.
