Prophecies exp question

hi, i bought off ebay what i thought was guild wars prophercies, as i have the other 3, factions, eotn , and nf, but what i got was just a copy of guild wars, sent email saying i was sent wrong game, and a got stupid reply saying prophersies is just a sub title for guild wars,not an expansion but the copy has no mention of prphercies on it, now im locked in a battle to get wrongs righted, i was to believe, prophercies was another addon / exp, am i right, ??
i bought it off ebay as i just couldnt fin d a copy anywhere in store, im normally very careful with things i buy off ebay = / just to get what i want might have to buy from amazon or somewhere like that, but hoping it it might be ok to play here melb aus ?

Guild Wars was released as that, Guild Wars, but when Factions came out, Arena Net called Guild Wars "Prophecies", to differentiate the two. So, if it says "Guild Wars", it means Prophecies. It doesn't go GW, GW:P, GW:F, GW:NF, GW:EN, it's just the last four.

i went browsing, to check up on ifo, its the same picture, apart from being confused, i understand what postings have said, but while i have a cd key with it, if i add the key will i be able to go to new content, i cant install the cd at all, doesnt give me the option,?

You don't need to install anything, just log in and add the CD key to your account.
