All small guilds start somewhere.. In fact every guild starts somewhere.
The solution?? Strength in numbers. If we have 10 guilds of similiar size in an alliance we could create a chatty and fun environment. A full alliance creates the illusion of a large pool of guildies. Thus achieving a better member retention ratio.
