Could anybody tell me the best place to farm for the collectors? Atm im farming ornate grawl necklaces at 10 an hour! (yawn). Surely there must be a quicker way! Please if youve ever farmed in prep for a special event could you let me know?

I'm really struggling to finish off my 30 titles. I'm on 26 currently. I've been chest running and got to 2500 but its boring and lonely. I was considering doing drunkard/sweet tooth/party animal and kurzick but to do that i need to collect drops for the special events.

Uhhm I think collectors used to take Decayed Orr Emblems? maybe I'm wrong..but 55's can farm them pretty easy I think.

55 Gates of Kryta HM, it's a walk in the park with Mo/D and you get tons of Decayed Orr Emblems, gold Dead Bows, Dust, and Bones. Much quicker than farming in the explorable areas in my experience.

You can farm Singed Gargoyle Skulls. With wintersday you can trade them for either Spiked Eggnogs, Fruitcakes or Snowmen Summoners. You can farm them with serveral builds outside Nolani. The drop rate is pretty good.
I know wintersday is far away, but it will take you some time to max chest/kurzick title anyway.

Saurian Bones (Riven Earth raptor farm).

I've been over this in my mind a couple of times, and the answer I keep coming up with is Singed Gargoyle Skulls, the primary reason being that you only need 2 to trade for a Fruitcake/Spiked Eggnog while it takes 3 Decayed Orr Emblems. Gargoyles are quite easy to farm in Normal Mode, and, as mentioned earlier, the drop rate is pretty good also. I just went on a run to double check my recollections and got 18 Singed Gargoyle Skulls in 12 or so minutes. That's a pretty good run, but I think you can expect one Skull per minute on average. I think I only got about 50 Decayed Orr Emblems from ~2 hours of farming Gates of Kryta the other day. On the other hand, you don't really get squat for drops, maybe 1k an hour or so.

Saurian Bones (Riven Earth raptor farm). - they not wintersday items nor as far as im aware are used for any festival items so i think you`d better check before you stockpile and regret it

Saurian Bones were only used in the Gaile Farewell Event. I don't know if they'll be used in the future. But Decayed Orr Emblems are generally used for every event. Farming them in Nebo Terrace of Gate of Kryta is the best place to farm them.
