On a serious note, I think it's going to be related to Balthazar. Perhaps an image of him will shine out of the /rank circle, and he'll plunge his sword into the ground / thrust it into the air and some spectacular work of shiny things will make everyone in the area spooge all over their keyboards.

The best emote would be having the user turn into Balthazar, and everyone in the outpost take the appearance of the Avatar of Balthazar Dervish form unless they were already in a tonic.
