600 smite FoW help ;]

Hello, basically I just got my 600 smite gear last night on my monk. I was able to clear most of the UW without much hassle. After that I went on to read about how awesome spider farming is in FoW. Does anyone know if farming FoW spiders is still viable? To be completely honest ive never really done FoW before, Ive only been there once =/

I was also wondering if it's fairly simple to get to the FoW spiders without alot of hassle. Do I just clear the first part than run to the spider cave?

Any help would be extremely awesome ^^

You can farm all the undead in the first part of FoW with 600/smite but you're not gonna make it to the spiders i think. You will have to through the temple but you can't kill the foes at the entrance with just te 600 and the smiter, as there are too many monks.
If you going to farm in FoW for the shards you may as well farm the Skeletons, that's what i used to do.
