Factions: Leaving the island, Unwelcome guest

Quick newbie question here. If I leave the island and have not completed "An Unwelcome Guest" can I come back later and still complete the quest? I would hate to leave and miss out on 15 attribute points but I have been failing miserably so far and wanted to go get some better armor and maybe a level or 3.

Yes you can always go back and pick up / finish un-completed quests. Even if you finish the game you can still go back and do them.

Yes, any quest you haven't received the reward for can be done at any time. Excepting of course pre-searing quests, but as you're in factions you have nothing to worry about. The starter island in factions can be returned to at any time.

Go back as soon as you can though - the extra 15 att. points will be very nice to have later in the campaign. :d
