LF an active ha/ta guild

I mostly run balanced in ta and ha which is alot harder then hway or lameways so my rank isn't that high yet.

I have:
vent,mic
g1,c2,r3
1mill+ balt faction

I'm looking for an active european guild that does daily ha and ta.
Preferable a guild that plays balanced but i'm fine with anything.

I got all skills unlocked so i can pretty much run any build but i'm not comfortable playing monk or calling tactics.
