I dont see how people flashing pvp emotes disturbs your gameplay. Also about being able to toggle off titles periods that makes no sense since when what title shows up under my name affects how you play your game. Also I bet you have your titles showing contradicting yourself.

How about a $10 option to be able to do this:-

Once per hour you may move one person from the district to another district ^.^. It should be entertaining if nothing else
