The GWX2 is legal as it doesn't mess with the code in any way. It just allows you to run two seperate clients on the same PC.. The other app is most certainly ILLEGAL Bots are NOT allowed in Guild wars.

I actually seem to remember that not counting for that specific drunkard bot, mainly because they can't detect it. It was however stated that when/if they did find a way to detect it, it would be forbidden and you'd be punished for using it.

Personally I'd avoid the drunkard bot, in any way.

Edit: GWx2 is safe. I don't know about the bot.

A bot does not interfere with the actual code in any way also. (It's pretty much an automated player)

Worse even, the GWx2 program changes the .dat (If I recall a few lines that prevent multiple GW's being ran)

And both are illegal. Its merely a question of: "Does Anet care?". No, they don't.

(Talking about innocent stuff here, such as Texmod, GWx2, a Drunkardbot is still pretty innocent, ...)

gw2x does no such thing, it does not change the .dat at all, it simply uses a little trick within windows itself to allow it to run two by giving them two different file pathnames. Really it's simply meant to trick your computer into allowing it to play two, not tricking gw.exe
