Can heroes use this skill effectively? Will they maintain it at all times? And then is it worth sacrificing utility from other classes, for complete use of the elementalist skill tree?
the skill brackets do not reflect the actual skill bla bla bla, gives 12 points in every attribute, ends if you use a non elemental skill, bla bla bla...

heroes try to maintain it as much as possible. it seems like they don't stop mid-battle to reapply it though. also, depending on the energy cost and recharge of your spells, it is still not very effective E management, for heroes, in some cases.

Thanks, i mostly wanna try and use it for wards, knockdowns, blind, slowness and such. I know the one pip if regen won't be to killer.

This as the skill i wasmost happy to see Buffed in the update.
i have spent ages making up weird builds around this skill. the best probably was the conjour ele/paragon.
uing MoM to put 12 into conjore. and then chucking spears at like 70-80 dmg per normal hit.

That'd be useful if you could use spear skills while doing it, but alas, all you can do is make an entire bar of prebuffs.
Master of Magic still sucks. There are few bars that utilize 3 or 4 elements that this would be useful.

MoM --> Conjure --> the rest of your bar.
Once the enchant is on you at 12 spec, you won't really need MoM up and its recharge is fast enough so you can put it up before you need to cast conjure again.

but why would you do that if you can go 12 spear 12 whatever, bring conjure, and some other skills you could still use after using attack skills, without screwing yourself (using MoM)?

then u get an even stronger conjure?
and can use an even stronger elite
[glimmering mark] is fun
[conjure lightning] -> [glimmering mark] -> build up adren -> [merciless spear] -> [blazing spear] and/or [harrier's toss]
or u can take advantage of [shell shock] + [chest thumper]
but back on topic...
i found that heroes do not maintain master of magic that much at all
also, its good to mention that glyphs will end it too
so no [glyph of lesser energy] for e-management
and i havent thought bout it too much
but a decent secondary would be /mo
for a 12pt res
altho its touch range...[renew life] is 4s cast, and has a nice heal @ 12pts
or u can run a maintained enchant or 2, such as [strength of honor] @ 12pts
now that i think bout it...
u can even cast various spirits before battles or before renewing it
ranger or ritualist ones
then u get an even stronger conjure?
and can use an even stronger elite

12 spear 12 whatever and effectively 12 elemental for conjure?
