Eternal Lord Taeres DEAD!

In a FOW SC run, Eternal Lord Taeres died and we didn't fail out to outpost. We couldn't take tower of strength quest and couldn't complete FOW. Is this a bug or can you somehow resurrect Eternal Lord Taeres?

You cannot ressurect NPCs. It was probably a bug that caused the game to not realise he was dead. It usually happens when an NPC spawns and immediatly dies (spawning on traps or in some AoE ect).

its a bug that happens from time to time but not that often, haven't happened to me yet.
