Error codes?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I have never ever started a thread...so...if this is the wrong place...please move it. My question is...what is code 045...and how do you get it while out in a mission?
and no it wasn't me...thank goodness any help on this would be greatly appreciated

045 - "Your account has been suspended from Guild Wars for offensive behavior, which is a breach of the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct. You will be able to join the game in approximately X hours."
OR:
"Your account has been banned from Guild Wars for a breach of the User Agreement and/or Rules of Conduct. This ban is permanent." This code indicates an account mark or a ban. This means you have most likely breached the User Agreement or Rules of Conduct.

thank you ever so much for your help...and I have just one more question...how does this happen when you're out in a mission? and is it possibly a bad name? it's a guildie of mine, and we've NEVER been in trouble...so we're just trying to sort it out...and again...thank you ever so much for your help

Offhand I'd say that the people at NCsoft (or whoever) don't actually know (or bother to find out) where you are in the game when they issue the ban. It could have been the result of complaints made against your buddy at some earlier date. Best to contact GW Support to find out why.
