Price check on these 2 gothic items

Furious gothic dual axe of fortitude (not inscriptible)

6 to 28 dmg
req 10
dmg +15% armor -10 while attacking
double adrenaline gain 10%
health + 30

First one ~30kish
Second salvage mods then 3-5kish max

1. 25-30k
2. salvage the mods than 5-8k max

You sure that the axe dont worth anything? its a req 10,i tho it would worth a bit more than just the salvage parts.
