Ninjabagon. Team Build For Elite Areas.
Avatar Exico
I know with all new team builds going on after Ursan was nerfed. I don't know if this was already mention. After X Ninja Sasuke X spoke of Assassins Promise build for quick kills. This got me thinking of something. Here is X Ninja Sasuke X build for sin to reference on what will go on. Link:http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10314364
Just let this out. This isnt my build I give credit for Ninja for coming up idea for sin. Im just implementing it for paragon. Which is where the word Bagon comes from. Yes, NinjaBagon.
3 P/A's AP Spears-Dmg dealers with build mention by Ninja for A/P just flipflop for Paragon.
2 Imbagon Para- Protection for the grp and to give awsome defense.
1 JB MM- This is the body blocker to keep melee fighters off the Paragons and Casters.
2 Healers. 1 HB and 1 AoF Healer. With these two can keep the party alive and with 50% reduction of dmg from AoF will give even more protection to the ones that are getting attacked.
Skills havent posted. If you have ideas on them you may post.
This is just different way than Imbagonway. Using Paragons to deal heavy dmg with alot of armor for defense. With Command the 2 Imbagon Paragons can provide the 3 P/A's with even more energy when they get low. Having awsome Offense with Ninja Build for A/P reflopped for P/A's. With Imbagonway was able to do any Elite Area this can also.
You are post your thoughts have no problem with it. This is just build came to my head when I saw Ninja Build for A/P. But putting this build into a grp way. To help people have more builds to do for Elite Areas. So plz post your thoughts on it. I dont mind the flamming on this it probaly old build.
Thank You Very much everyone.

Doesn't seem like a lot of it would be worth it burning spear= why. Degeneration is minimal and if you wanted a better condition you could bring merciless spear as a backup deep wound without having to spend another 10 energy.
Think the build would be better off with a casterway variant. Bunch of mesmers, necros, eles with assassin's promise, nukes, vanguard assassin, pain inverter etc.
It seems like your mainly focusing on caster damage and not so much on physical as anything other than support damage. Since most of the damage is coming from pain inverter and finish him.
I think it'd be easier to run one imbagon for defense, then focus more on caster skills/ support. Cry of pain mesmer, mark of pain n/a ap nuker among other ideas.

Ya I knew it would have flaws in somewhere it was a idea that hit me in head. Had to post it see what others think on it. With how broken AP is still is. That it able to recharge skills would help the paragon. What also got me thinking if the support used AP on foes also which is also bad idea than they cant do much support. But it would help them use skills like " There Nothing to Fear!" in spammable way. But this was just idea for build for people who wanted to try something new.

Yeah, the main reason the single build was good is it adds quicker damage and spikes (though it was mostly used with ursan or a group of damage dealing classes such as spiteful spirit necro and what not). Having multiples of p/as or a/ps doesn't really increase much effectiveness. Everyone would have to take a single target so skills don't overlap.
There is just so much more damaging builds that can stack more easily. War/d scythe wars, death blossom spammer a/x, a/d with scythe skills etc.
I just think that a build of them would pretty much be pointless since they would all be acting as "solo killers" to get the benefits from having so many pain inverters and finish hims.

I've tried P/A - with sin's promise, and it wasn't that great. I don't think wasting all those attribute points just to run sin's promise with a paragon is worth it. Leadership itself is a good and the para have other useful elites.
I would take Cruel Spear anyday over assassins' promise + finish him.
Seriously, Way of the MAster on a P primary. I don't get it.
When there are two imbagons, something is wrong.

The name is almost cool but by all the love for the paragon ... I don't think this is great either for Paragon or for Assassin.
The paragon has a much weaker energy management then the Assassin running this build. And if I understand the original builds intention right, then this is geared towards taking out key players first before your damage mob rolls over most of the rest.
And yeah, I am with Langdon all the way. Why two imbagons ?

While its nice to see people coming up with new team builds, its even better if they are actually good and work better then current ones. This one doesn't look like one of that. You have 4 physical damage-dealers and no splinter and/or orders to buff them. JBMM is a waste of party slot, in this kind of team, as you don't have any squishies (imbagon) and any decent monk can keep imbagon alive. And here we come to monks. It all depends on where are you going, but I would never take HB and AoF monks. In FoW, 2 monks is waste of slot anyways. And with imbagon, the only place you would need HB is places with massive degen (The Deep) or armor ignoring AoE (where?), otherwise a standard hybrid builds would work better. As for AoF; nice for catching spikes, but how many do you have in PvE?

If you need a skill to give you + energy directly as a Paragon, you are doing something wrong.

[pain inverter] spam and ["save yourselves"] spam r counter-productive
and 5 paras...all with [blazing spear] when u can save skill slots by having jus 1 para bring [anthem of flame]
tbh...the original build looks kinda lame
i dunno y u'd wanna make a team build around it
a crit spear sin needs ["finish him!"] when he has [vicious attack] wut?

And that's not really inventive build. Assassins using Paragon attacks are "so creative". And they are inferior to normal melees, which have AoE attacks and knockdowns.
@snaek - PI damage is counted before any effects reducing damage, like PS or SY.

What Mirko said.
Youre running a Physical team setup with nothing to buff up the damage

1) Two Imabgons aren't needed. Ever.
2) Some elite areas don't leave enough bodies laying about for a MM to be effective.
3) You can't come up with a generic elite area team build. Each one has to be specifically tailored to met the enviroment.
While I appreciate you giving the paragon some love, Assassin's Promise on a paragon makes no sense. Most of the paragon attack skills have low recharge, and those that don't are adrenaline based! And if you're running a buffed physical team, that adrenaline isn't an issue. Throw in the fact that they pratically have infinite energy and AP is just a waste.

I dont know. I would like to test it out but my internet at school is down so I cant play on GW until it goes up. The A/P build looked so cool for Sin thought it would be good for Paragon. Anyway it failed build until it get tested. The idea for 2 Imbagons was to give constant defense for grp. My idea to buff the physical dmg is to remove MM and replace with a D/N Order to give little uff on dmg and also give the paras faster adr gain with the other necro skill. AoF Healer could be removed for Rt Splinter and HB can be replaced with a WoH Healer. those are only other ideas I have.
